NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the East Midlands who are looking for a Team Manager for their Looked After Children service. The ideal candidate will have a background and strong understanding of Leaving Care or Looked After Children’s teams, ideally whilst holding management responsibilities.

Responsibilities of this position include;

  • To manage the delivery of services to Children Looked After and to work as part of an integrated service delivering high quality services with families and carers.
  • To participate in the development of policy and practice to deliver new ways of working
  • Regularly monitor and review progress to ensure that service delivery timescales and performance targets are met

Requirements;

  • A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
  • Experience in working with leaving care / looked after children, ideally holding management responsibilities
  • A drivers license & access to a car
  • An up to date DBS check
