Salary: Grade 5, £24,702 – £27,334 per annum. £12.80 – £14.17 per hour (pro rata based on full time 37 hours per week)

Golborne Community Primary School is a ‘Good’ school located in the heart of Golborne, and we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and creative Manager for our Out of School Club to take on this exciting challenge for the school and community and be part of the school ethos, as the OOSC provision has grown dramatically since it was created, we want to offer more of our children places. The club will be offered to children of the age 3-11
The working hours are: 7.15am – 10.00am & 2.45pm to 6.00pm (term time only).
We would hope to work with someone who can:
- Be adaptable and prepared as each day can vary, so you need to be ready to take on challenges. A weekly timetable of engaging activities would be planned.
- Plan fantastic activities with the children and encourage them to be creative with their play.
- Be a great motivator and encourage the children to play and try new things.
- Provide a fun and stimulating environment for the children with age appropriate play (3-11)
- Be a support to the children if they appear to have any worries and to help them settle in.
- Be able to deal with injuries and emergencies in a calm manner.
- Liaise with parents/carers to complete paperwork and keep records of the children.
- Support the current whole school policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers.
- To effectively use Scopay, to ensure registers are always up to date; they match payments/invoices and no debts are incurred.
