Here at The University of Salford we’re embarking on an exciting new strategy for the way food and drink is delivered across the campus, and our new Head of Food and Drink will be joining us at the very start.
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Food and Drink, who will lead proactively across our food and drink operations, and everything that is involved across this wide, varied department.
You’ll support key projects as directed by the Head of Campus Services and help us shape the new strategy for our food and drink across the university.

About the Estates and Facilities Division
Estates and Facilities has a vision to co-create excellent learning, working and living environments that fully engage staff, students, visitors and industry and that facilitates the sharing of knowledge and information.
With over 300 directly employed colleagues and supported by numerous external contractors, our Estates & Facilities team delivers a full estates and facilities management service to the University, including capital development, property maintenance, cleaning, security, caretaking and landscaping.
The Campus Services department is a strategic and outward looking department overseeing the delivery of commercial services.
We continue to operate informal hybrid working arrangements and are open to a mix of remote and campus-based working. There will be a requirement for you to be on campus, but how that mix of remote and onsite works will predominately be down to you to decide – we want you to manage your own time and commitments! We will discuss this with you as part of the selection process.
