Job description: With a range of freight handling responsibilities, youll be one of the team, looking after the import and export of customers cargoes in the warehouse.Ensuring on-time departures and meeting service level agreements. Youll perform build-up and breakdown of cargo in a safe manner within required timeframes and take care of the paperwork needed to get the job done. Following safety, security and airline-specific procedures, youll put our customers – and their customers – needs at the heart of everything you do.
You will be involved with the aviation in & out warehouse operation.
FLT driving, loading and unloading air freight cargo.
Build-up and breakdown of cargo in a safe manner within required timeframes.
Covering mainly shift 15:00hrs-23:00hrs.
Handling freight, all sizes, imports & exports.
Stock check, labelling and completing relevant documentation.
Ensuring on-time departures and meeting service level agreements.
Skills/Requirements/Additional
Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence.
DBS cleared.
5 years references as per DfT/CAA legislation.
CO Cargo aviation certified.
Manual handling certified.
UK driving licence -preferred.
Hands-on approach
Resilient work ethic is crucial in this role.
