Job Description
Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual ready to embark on a rewarding journey in account management, contributing to the success of Oakdoor as our Junior Account Manager at PA Consulting?
Oakdoor™ by PA Consulting is disrupting the cyber security world of cross domain, with the next generation of data diodes. We are bringing best-in-class technology to the most important networks in the world.
Our Oakdoor customer relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a confident, dedicated junior account manager, who is passionate about technology. You will be eager to develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings enabling you to build deep relations with new and existing customers. In addition, you will work with the Sales and other internal teams to maintain and grow Oakdoor technologies within key accounts. You could also be a former engineer, who is now pursuing a more commercial path.
We sell our Oakdoor product suite to a range of customers; key accounts will be large Systems Integrators / Defence Primes, with the wider portfolio including a variety of resellers, working across Government, Defence & Security, Critical National Infrastructure, Financial Services and many more sectors.
Qualifications
You must be eligible for UK Security Clearance
Objectives of this Role:
Act as a reliable contact in all matters relating to client queries and needs, supporting the current Sales team generating quotes
Assist in building and maintaining client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to build deep relations with new and existing customers and resellers
Key responsibilities
Working with the current customer base, identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities
Communicate with the sales team regularly
Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Skills and Qualifications
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
Proven experience in a sales and customer service role
You will be based within the UK, with the ability to travel to clients within the M4 corridor as required, plus regular visits to your colleagues in the development team in Cambridge.
