Job Description

The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Implementation Officer to support the delivery of process change projects and training, and continuous improvement of team practice.  

You would be joining a team that makes a real difference to the student and staff experience, developing your knowledge of the whole student lifecycle and working closely with colleagues in Education and Student Success and faculty and school administration offices.   

X2 fixed-term contracts available with end dates of 29/11/2024 and 06/04/2025. Please state in your application which role you wish to apply for or if you are happy to consider both.

What will you be doing?

You will work on a range of Education Process Improvement projects which are likely to include the new structure of the academic year and work carried out as part of the Education Administration Enhancement model. This work will involve developing and maintaining project plans, leading on user documentation and training, and supporting implementation and testing of process and/or system changes.     

You should apply if

You love solving problems and can respond to changing priorities or situations and make change happen. You will be encouraged to take ownership of projects and identify and make recommendations for improvements (for example in policies and procedures). 

You should have excellent interpersonal skills, with experience working across organisational boundaries with teams of differing expertise.  You should be able to effectively manage and prioritise your own workload whilst contributing to team objectives. 

Experience working in education administration, on culture change projects, or with agile methodology are desirable but not essential.
