A bit about the Programme:
Aviva is offering a paid six-month returner programme starting in May 2024, with the expectation of a permanent role at the end.
Our Business Analysis roles will be offered at Aviva’s Bristol, Norwich or York offices.
Aviva flexes hours and working patterns to suit its customers, business, and you.
Most people are smart working – spending around 50% of their time in our offices every week, combining the benefits of flexibility with time together with colleagues.
You may need to be flexible about where you work and be willing to relocate if you don’t currently live within commuting distance of the relevant office. That way you’ll get to spend time with your team in person, as well as virtually, and get access to the right internal support networks to help you to succeed.
Your journey on the programme starts with easing you in on your first day – getting your IT Kit and meeting your Leader and Buddy. This is followed by a Programme Induction on Days 2 & 3 where you’ll meet the Programme Leads and the other returners joining. During this time you’ll find out more about Aviva and the programme and join your first of four Career Returners Coaching Workshops
You’ll then join your team where you’ll collaborate with lots of forward-thinking people – working alongside, sharing ideas with, and learning from the best in the business.
You’ll get to work (and play) with all the latest tech and be involved in some fascinating initiatives to make life better for our customers or colleagues. Nothing beats the buzz of seeing a project you’ve worked on save a colleague valuable time or put a smile on a customer’s face.
Throughout the Programme, you’ll have a great internal and external support to help you to transition successfully back into the workplace, including a Leader, Mentor and Buddy and specialised returner coaching.
You’ll also enjoy the support of your peers and the Programme Leads on the returner programme and from previous cohorts.
