Due to continued expansion, our client is hiring for a for their Kansas City, MO, location. Focused on the development and expansion of their client base in the region and nationally within the aviation sector. Offering a salary of up to $250,000 plus extensive benefits.

The position is available in several locations including Kansas City, MO, Denver, CO, and Los Angeles, CA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify business development opportunities within the region and nationally
- Nurture and expand upon existing client relationships
- Support and lead initiatives to secure projects
- Work with senior leadership to develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans and growth/profitability
- Networking and attending conferences
- Work with marketing to establish and develop materials.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Engineering, or similar; masters degree desirable
- 15+ years of industry experience in aviation
- Strong connections and proven background with business development in the aviation sector
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Ability to travel when required.
