TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- COMMERCIAL CLEANING TEAM LEADER / SU[ERVISOR EXPERIENCE.
- A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF LEADERSHIP.
You will be working in a busy fast-paced environment; within a household recycling plant.
A commercial cleaning supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work activities of cleaners within his/her department. Some of the key duties and responsibilities of a cleaning supervisor include, but not limited to:
- Establishing cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensuring adherence to these standards and procedures.
- Coaching and developing employees (cleaners) to improve their performance.
- Allocating cleaning areas to specific staff and planning off-days.
- Training employees on the expected standards and practices.
- Undertaking quality checks and health and safety inspections.
- You will be responsible for keeping your and your staffs’ designated areas clean and safe, possible use of a pump trump may be required but full training will be provided.
- Implementing new procedures.
- The hours are Monday to Friday.
- This role pays £11.72 per hour, up to £12.12 per hour after a successful probationary period.

Expected salary: £11.72 – 12.12 per hour
