Job Description:
Design and maintain the project schedule in accordance with planning and control processes and contract requirements, ensuring the integrity of planning outputs throughout the project lifecycle through direct liaison with all key stakeholders. Prepare required reports to support schedule and cost control, identifying issues and potential solutions with key stakeholders/IPT Lead to establish corrective actions.
Required Qualifications/ Skills:
- Proven experience as a Planner or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in project planning software and tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in using project planning tools and software
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with occasional site visits and meetings
- Regular working hours, Monday to Friday
