Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and securing vital funding for transformative projects? We’re seeking an experienced Development Manager to drive our fundraising efforts, engaging major donors and corporate supporters to secure funding for the University’s priority projects and initiatives in line with Aston University’s 2030 strategy.

This exciting position provides a unique opportunity to work on varied and exciting projects from student scholarships to globally important innovations in health. Working with colleagues from across the University’s three Colleges, you will build corporate and major donor relationships that matter and have real impact on students and world-leading research. This includes working with exciting new potential supporters as well as some of our most enthusiastic current donors.

We are looking for an individual with experience of working in fundraising, either in a university or the charity sector and awareness of major donor and corporate fundraising. If you have excellent communication skills, are self-motivated, resourceful and have strong relationship development skills, we encourage you to apply.
