Job description: My Insurance client is urgently seeking an Outsourcing Lead to manage all outsourced finance operational processes and systems delivery, managing agreed requirements, SLAs and KPIs.
Experience
- SME within outsourcing of finance systems and processes
- Experience of operational Insurance sector processes across Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, etc
- Experience of designing and implementing process improvements with pragmatism and speed of execution
