(Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

To assist the Business Support Services in providing comprehensive administration and clerical support to multiple and diverse services including Advance Nurse Practitioner, Community and District Nursing, Community Treatment and Care and Vaccination services in order to deliver patient care for Inverclyde HSCP.

With a good standard of education at standard grade you should have at least 2 years’ experience in a general office or reception environment. You should be flexible, a team player and have good people skills.

Level of experience/knowledge required:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. ECDL
  • Accurate keyboard, general office and reception procedures.
  • Competent working with figures.
  • Basic medical terminology advantageous.
