Hybrid- Bilingual Customer Service Support (Spanish/English)
Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Support, where you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. In this hybrid position with a competitive compensation of £13/hr, you’ll tackle a variety of tasks, from troubleshooting technical issues to resolving complex cases with mediation and negotiation skills. Your ability to quickly diagnose issues, triage incidents, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a Customer Service position.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Experience working to customer satisfaction-based targets and operational metrics.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and execute tasks diligently.
