The Enhanced community dementia team are inviting applications for the position of Community Mental health Support worker – Dementia.

The Enhanced Community Dementia Service covers Argyll & Bute and we have an exciting opportunity within or team based in Cowal. We are seeking an individual with the motivation and visions to be part of our dementia service re-design. Applicants must have experience in dementia care and be prepared to work flexibly across the Cowal & Bute areas.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Relevant placement/Work experience in the specialist area of Dementia care or with older adults.
  • Considerable skills in communication, effective organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to help provide delivery of a high standard of service

Current driving licence essential
