We’re seeking a Market Business Technologist in Digital Marketing to join our Market Squad team within Human Health IT. Our mission is to work closely with IT colleagues in the markets, enhancing business satisfaction with IT services. We’re looking for a fast learner with a genuine passion for technology, capable of juggling multiple tasks with ease. A key focus is speed, simplicity & business facing end to end consulting & stakeholder management.
We are looking for someone with a broad basis of technology understanding, with emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) & Salesforce Interaction Studio. Individual should be motivated to continuously and quickly learn about new technology applications in the field of digital marketing and data & analytics. This role will report into the US & LATAM CEx Regional Capability Lead.
As a Market Business Technologist, you will:
Communicate with global product teams & in-market Business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Provide technical consultancy and quality assurance to teams preparing and executing digital campaigns.
Ensure that digital campaigns are executed in accordance with best practices and meet the client’s expectations.
Utilize marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, web portals (WordpPress VIP) and others.
Ensure that web content, campaigns, and other digital assets are tagged and tracked effectively and that the best practice is well adopted by the markets.
Participate in development activities and lead the delivery workstreams as required.
Create and maintain technical documentation for digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet delivery goals.
Lead conversations with various stakeholders to gather business requirements and shape solutions accordingly.
Facilitate trainings and workshops to educate others on digital marketing best practices.
Mentor junior colleagues and provide guidance and support as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
What we need:
A university degree(BA minimum) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Marketing or related fields with a strong technical component.
5+ years working experience
3+ years of experience related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns and projects
3+ years of experience using SFMC within an integrated environment with Google Analytics, Identity Providers, Consent Platforms, and CRM, …
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, as well as email best practices (e.g., subject lines, messaging, deliverability).
Ability to work with SQL and AMPScript
Experience and skills in system design, including data modelling, integration design and implementing business processes
Overall knowledge and experience with technologies and processes for Digital Marketing, Personalization and Data Orchestration, Master Data Management or Customer Data Platforms and Content Management Systems
Experience from working in an agile environment – understanding of MVP and build-measure-learn concepts and principles.
Ability to balance business and user needs while considering technical limitations
Proficient English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience with business analyst role and/or delivery lead role and/or consulting role and/or marketing agency role and/or product owner or related role.
Experience from global programs and projects delivering digital marketing technologies and customer engagement ecosystems.
Proven experience with creation of training materials, user guidance and technical documentation.
Presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, trainings and workshops.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.

Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, ideally experience working with and setting up JIRA and Confluence.
Experience with other SFMC platforms
SFMC Certifications – Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Experience with scripting languages (eg. HTML, AmpScript, JavaScript).
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web tracking technologies.
Familarity with tagging best practices of various assets (web, content, camapaigns, etc.)

$107,600- $169,400

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
