Inverness West District Nursing Team is looking to recruit a Band 6 District Nurse or Community Nurse Specialised Practitioner with essential qualifications.
The post holder will manage a dynamic caseload of patients within a defined Neighbourhood, and will be supported by the attached nursing team and the integrated team. The service operates between the hours of 0800 -2000 and includes weekends and PH on rota. Hours/days can be negotiated up to full time 37.5 hpw.
It is essential that the post holder can demonstrate experience in leading/managing a team. You must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and can demonstrate successful integrated working.
The post holder will be supporting the development of the Enhance Community Service in being part of the Decision making Team, facilitate hospital discharges and support patient in their home prevent hospital admissions.
