Hours: Monday to Friday 5am – 1pm

Role Summary:
As a Warehouse Operative you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the warehouse activities align with our quality standards, safety protocols, and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Support the warehouse team by picking and packing orders.
- Assist with the unloading and loading of goods and deliveries.
- Reconcile delivery paperwork with the goods delivered and report any discrepancies.
- Oversee the accurate receiving, storing and dispatching of raw and finished goods.
- Maintain inventory control procedures to minimise discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise warehouse activities.
- Uphold strict quality control measure to guarantee the quality of our products during storage and distribution.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Experience and skills required for this position:
- A valid counterbalance licence
- Previous experience within a warehouse, essential
- You will be working between different temperature environments
