Job description: This Material Planner role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of procurement and supply chain activities within an industrial/manufacturing setting. The position requires a diligent individual capable of managing resources, scheduling, and procurement activities.

  • Manage and oversee the procurement and supply chain activities.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand the needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for inventory management.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks and manage supplier relationships.
  • Analyse and resolve any arising issues in procurement processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

You will be working for an international key player in the Aviation Industry|Safran Seats is one of the world’s leading suppliers of seating for passengers

  • At least 12 months experience in a similar manufacturing planning role.
  • Good working knowledge of an ERP system
  • Proven skills in resource scheduling and procurement activities.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration
