Stafforce are recruiting for Factory Operative’s to join our market leading Soup Manufacturing client based on the Europarc, Grimsby.
This is a great opportunity offering ongoing training and development into Skilled roles, and real temp to perm opportunities.
The site is accessible via public transport and has on-site parking available.
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However, if you have experience as a Soup Filler, Quality Auditor, Food Factory Operative, Production Operative, Sauce Cook or Hygiene Operative – we want to hear from you!
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
All roles are on a 3 Rotational shift pattern.
You will work;
- One week on 6-2pm Monday to Friday
- One week on 10pm-6am Sunday to Thursday
- One week on 2-10pm Monday to Friday.
PAY RATES
- Starting rate of £10.42 per hour for all roles and increasing to £10.92 after 12 weeks continuous service.
- Other skilled roles and rates are available. Please ask for more information.
- All hours worked between 10pm-6am will be paid with additional £1.40p/h premium.
- Overtime is paid at a premium rate after completion of 37.5 hours per week.
The Job role:
- Work on factory production lines with a team to meet targets
- Ensure you follow all health and safety guidelines
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and follow food hygiene guidelines
- Ensure top level quality of products
Training will be offered for Soup Cook, Prep Ops and Fillers to the right candidates.
