Job description: My client based in Lichfield is currently recruiting for an experienced warehouse operative to join their team
Working Mon-Fri 08:30-16:30 paying £12.00 per hour weekly pay minimum 40 hours per week
Duties include:
– Assist with the receiving, storing, and organising of incoming shipments.
– Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring products are prepared for shipping.
– Maintain a tidy and organised warehouse space, following safety and cleanliness protocols.
– Collaborate with colleagues to efficiently fulfil orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
– Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
– Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing.
– Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, lift/move heavy items, and stand for extended periods.
– Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
