Job description: Senior Business Change Lead – Central Nottingham / Hybrid
£50,000 – £60,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits

This profitable and growing organisation require a Business Change Lead, who has a proven track record of a success and a background in managing a change team. The role will focus on building the change capabilities of a large business, fostering a culture that embraces change to increase performance and quality.

This Business Change role will require you to work effectively with Continuous Improvement and Project Management teams, leading your own team and mentoring where required. The department is well-established, but you will use your expertise to contribute to the next phase of development within the change function.

The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 2 days per week in their central Nottingham office.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all Business Change programmes, projects & initiatives are planned, resourced, managed and implemented.
  • Identifying change adoption strategies and solutions
  • Programme / Project Management.
  • Scoping out the approach and producing plans for stakeholders
  • Production of clear and detailed business cases which capture the change objective.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading change projects
  • Experience leading change teams
  • Change management / programme management qualifications expected.
  • Experience of managing change delivery and adoption covering a broad remit of deliverables
  • Experience within a professional services business
  • Experience of running programmes and projects which introduce change to different business functions i.e. IT, Finance, HR etc.
