Job description: Our Client well established and privately owned Trade Supplier is currently seeking for a Warehouse Operative Retail on line trade operations. The position is a TTP contract with a review thereafter. Monday to Thursday, 24 weekly hours.Work location: Farnworth, Bolton BL4. This position is immediately available for the successful applicant.
Duties:
Manual handling, goods in and out.
Picking and packing as per specifications.
Dealing with deliveries of goods and checking these.
Unloading delivery goods.
Putting goods into designated storage area.
Coding and labelling products correctly.
Stock check.
General warehouse maintenance.
Using in-house online booking collection, delivery of goods software.
Liaising with suppliers and carriers.
Arranging collections & deliveries.
Skills-Requirements:
Proven experience, warehouse retail operations.
Pick & pack previous experience is essential.
Good communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to multi-task.
Able to use own initiative.
IT literate.
Customer services orientated.
Enthusiastic and team player.
Flexible to meet markets & industrys requirements.
Due to the nature of the business the days & working hours will be altered from time to time.
Flexibility is required.
Start time for this role can be any time from 07:30am-09:00am
6 hours per day with 1/2 lunch
