Job description: About Us: AM2Pm Recruitment are seeking Food Production Operatives in Cropwell Bishop, a leader in traditional artisan cheese production in Nottinghamshire, is seeking experienced Food Production Operatives to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently packaging premium cheese products.
- Safely loading and unloading cheese, adhering to food safety standards.
- Skilfully preparing cheese, including piercing and vacuum packing.
- Maintaining high standards of quality in food production processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Food Production Operative.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy lifting.

Work Schedule:
- Flexible shifts covering any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.
- Early shifts starting at 06:00 AM – 18:00 PM
Remuneration:
- £10.42 per hour (basic).
- Overtime: £15.63 per hour after 37.5 hours/week.
- Enhanced weekend rates: £15.63 (Saturday) and £20.84 (Sunday).
