Responsibilities
The VP of Solutions Consulting for EMEA will be accountable for building a team that can execute today and can grow to meet GTTs future needs. You will need to define and maintain a high bar for expectations and support the team in achieving it. In support of our mission of delivering ‘Greater Technology Together’, you should sponsor the SC team’s needs with the Product teams, and use your internal network to leverage best practices from around the world. Day to day, this role should be out with the team in front of customers, helping guide and contribute to the growth of the business.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in pre-sales activities such as understanding and adapting to customer needs and architecting solutions.
- Proven experience of working in a managed service environment covering SD-WAN, SASE, Cloud Security, MPLS, and Cloud offerings.
- Leading a geographically dispersed team across multiple markets.
- Ability to work in a fluid environment and can adapt to the needs of GTT and its customer base as it continues to expand.
- Willingness to play out of position and provide support to adjacent functions.
- Strong communication and customer facing presentation skills.
- Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Well-developed analytical and structuring skills and ability to solve problems.
- Good overview of the GTT Portfolio.
- ITIL knowledge and skills are beneficial.
- Certification desired- CISSP, CCIE, CCNA,CCNP,CCDP,CCSP,PMP.
