We are currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with community experience who is ready for a new challenge. Here are key details about the role:
- Job Role: CPN
- Band: 6
- Location: Surrey
- Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
- Schedule: 9 am – 5 pm, 5 days a week
- Start date: ASAP
- Rate of pay: £29-£30 per hour
Responsibilities of an RMN in a community setting:
As a mental health nurse specialising in the community, you play a crucial role in patient care by:
- Conducting visits to patients to ensure their needs are met.
- Administering medication at scheduled times to address patient needs.
- Communicating with patients to understand their conditions and providing efficient support.
- Monitoring potential improvements or setbacks in patients’ conditions.
- Performing risk assessments to maintain a safe environment for patients during treatment.
Requirements and qualifications for this role:
- Active registration with the NMC as a mental health nurse.
- Demonstrated community experience.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to delivering the highest quality of care for patients.
