You will be mentored by one of our senior engineers and work with engineering teams on anything from small, fast-paced scopes to larger, major energy projects.
Our aim will be to expose you to several scopes, across the variety of work we do, during your time with us to help you find your passion. From there, you may choose to deepen your knowledge, understanding and your practical application of your engineering discipline.
You could be involved in UK-based projects in the North Sea and Irish Sea, or providing support to one of our global projects in the Americas, Africa, Mediterranean or Europe.
You may also work on some world leading onshore energy transportation projects, including traditional oil and gas, carbon dioxide (CO2) and now hydrogen. There are also opportunities to support offshore renewables projects including both fixed wind and floating wind.
Wood are the world’s leading independent provider of subsea and export systems, engineering and technology solutions. We also have significant project experience with renewable and sustainable scopes of work that are currently continually expanding.
We work with a diverse client base that includes all major global energy companies and pipeline operators, construction and installation contractors, Governments, engineering contractors, and joint industry partnerships.
