As part of the HR Business Partnering team, you’ll partner with key stakeholders to deliver our business priorities. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR topics, including; compensation, engagement, development, employment law, people policies and more.
You’ll need to have a passion to deliver, and a love for coaching and developing others, as you’ll support upskilling our line managers.
What do we need from you?
- 5+ years’ experience in an HR role or similar, allowing you to be ‘up & running’ pretty quickly
- Knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Have a customer centric mindset
- Ability to balance and prioritise your own workload
- Confidence to manage difficult situations
- Self-motivation, working independently, whilst being prepared to travel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- CIPD qualified, or on that journey (or equivalent)
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel
