Community Mental Health Nurse Pay Rate: Up to £37 per hour (assignment rate)
Location: Redhill
Contract Type: 3-month contract

Shift Pattern:
- 12 hour shifts
- Mixed pattern including: 07:00 am – 19:00 pm, 08:00 am – 20:00 pm; 09:00 am – 21:00 pm/19:00 pm – 07:00 am, 20:00 pm – 08:00 am
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- NMC Registration
- Experience working in an NHS setting
- SystemOne knowledge
- Ability to competently complete holistic assessments of MH patients in A&E and on the medical wards
- Experience of working in Liaison Psychiatry
- Autonomous working
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Resilience is important for the role
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work professionally and the skills to work with other stakeholders and services
- Risk assess and risk management knowledge and experience
- Competent computer skills and ideally have knowledge of System1
- Work well in a team
- Experience and knowledge of Older Adults and Working Age Adults mental health is essential
- Having CAMHS experience would be a bonus
- Ability to be flexible
