Taylor Root have recently been instructed on a new Paralegal vacancy with our client, a preeminent private capital focused US law firm. The firm are looking for an experience Corporate Paralegal to join their Private Equity team. This is a 12 month FTC initially, with the opportunity to go permanent.

Clients include private equity firms, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, financial institutions, mutual funds, hospital systems, and more.

Market leaders in private equity, the firm’s corporate team have over 10 years of experience advising on cross-border and UK transactions-including private and public M&A, co-investments, joint ventures and direct investments. The Role
Fundamentally, this is a transactional Paralegal position. You will be assisting the Associates and Partners on various private equity deals with a focus in the UK and Europe. This will include general paralegal duties such as working ancillary documents, drafting and maintaining transaction bibles.
