Our client is a small but extremely successful training company that bases their courses on psychological skills and workforce resilience. They have a wealth of corporate clients across all sectors.
They are looking for an experienced, graduate calibre administrator to support the business in the following tasks:
- Diary management across the team
- HR administration
- Support recruitment
- Support onboarding/offboarding
- Standard contracts/NDA’s
- Governance for business e.g. insurance, H&S certificates
- Operations administration such as:
- Creating delivery calendars for client sessions
- Creating session links (Zoom, Teams)
- Scheduling comms through HubSpot and Mailchimp
- Participant accreditation using online system – Badgr
- Setting up feedback links in Monday.com and Alchemer
- Sending calendar invites to participants
Generally providing administrative support across the organisation to help the smooth running of the business
The ideal profile will be someone with 1-2 years of administrative support in (ideally) a client focussed environment where deadlines and accuracy are key.
This is a very people-focussed business that develops and trains their team in accordance with their values. You will work in their trendy office on 2 days out of the working week.
Salary is dependent on experience.
Expected salary: £28000 – 30000 per year
