Job Description

The Department of Economics at the University of Bath is seeking to appoint Senior Lecturers in any area of Economics. 

About the role

We invite applications from all fields, with:

(i) a track record of publications in leading Economic journals and engagement with research funding and/or contracts; 

(ii) the ability to play a leading role in one or more of our dynamic research groups; and

(iii) evidence of excellent and innovative teaching and successful PhD supervision. 

You will be expected to continue producing high-quality and impactful research, be passionate about research collaboration with external bodies, and deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level as well as successful PhD supervision. While we are open to all areas, ability to teach modules in broad areas of financial economics; macroeconomics; growth and development, and behavioural economics would be welcome.

These roles are offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.
