- You will lead our teams across the UK providing Design Management and Construction Assurance Services to our clients across a full range of sectors.
- Your role will be to develop the services to clients to ensure the design process is managed effectively and that constructed works meet the requirements of our clients.
- You will work across a range of major projects to support our clients to deliver Civil Infrastructure and Utilities assets, including Defence, Energy, Water, Roads, Aviation, Waste and Industrial Projects.
YOUR TEAM
This role is a senior position in our Project Management and Commercial Management – Civil Infrastructure and Utilities Group reporting to the Group Director. You will have the opportunity to grow the current team of 20 Design Management and Construction Management professionals in support of our growing pipeline of work with our clients in both the public and private sectors. Our team is based in key offices across the UK including London, Birmingham and Manchester. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in leading and growing geographically dispersed consultancy teams delivering design management and construction assurance services to clients.
- Expertise in Design Management and managing the delivery of multidisciplinary designs.
- Experience of providing Construction Assurance Services including NEC Supervisor and Employer’s Clerk of Works
- Understanding of design and construction processes in a range of civil infrastructure sectors.
- Experience of developing growth strategies and plans to secure work for teams and effectively manage the financial performance of the team.
- Client facing experience and track record of developing client relationships to generate work and grow long-term pipeline in the relevant market sectors.
- Strong industry networks and experience developing relationships with partner organisations, supply chain and professional associations.
- Qualifications related to Project Management, Construction Management and membership of relevant professional institutions – APM, ICE, RICS, CIOB, etc.
