We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a background in either data migration, or planning & forecasting systems and process, looking for their next challenge. This role sits within an internal IT function in a FTSE 250 multinational organisation who are in an exciting growth period.
If you are motivated by working with the Business stakeholders to align technology and the business model from ideas through to live solutions and can communicate effectively with precision in this specialist area to a diverse set of stakeholders – importantly to check, challenge and collaborate with the Business, IT, specialist suppliers and the wide range of teams in Games Workshop this could be the role for you.
You will be assisting with the translation of complex business systems requirements into a new global enterprise architecture that simplifies Games Workshop’s technology ecosystem and helps define the path to successful implementation of a systems transformation programme.
Your core responsibility will be to translate business needs through to a fully delivered solution that adds value. From requirements/business case definition, through solution/process design, validation/clarification during solution build to testing and final implementation – you will need to be pragmatic and thorough. You will build a broad depth of expertise in the existing and the to-be business systems as well as fostering strong working relationships using your excellent communication skills.
You will work with a number of key stakeholders including; testing teams to assess systems change readiness; the wider Systems teams to help run systems vendor tendering and assessment processes; and working with business units to help define global and local operating processes and then lead any subsequent optimisation work.
You need to be able to assess business challenges and value; facilitate requirements, process and system definition; own the clarification and resolution of any business components through to successful delivery of operational solutions.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in business analysis with organisation of various sizes and complexity alongside Business process mapping and optimisation skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Being an expert in your field you will have Advanced knowledge of, and be competent in the use of Google Documents (e.g. Sheets & Pages) with experience leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies.

Other Essential Information
Location: This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Nottingham with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
