Job description: Business Analyst required for a leading client based in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to come board to be part of Large System transformation programme of work.
Key skills,
- Strong Business Analysis experience
- Strong requirement gathering
- System Integration experience
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis/technical analysis roles
- Evaluate technical, business, and regulatory needs, identify potential business opportunities and transform them into user stories spanning business, systems, NFRs, data and products
- Conduct thorough gap analyses of processes and systems affected by changes
- Manage requirement changes using effective change control processes
- Utilise conflict resolution and negotiation techniques to ensure solutions align with business needs
- Develop and maintain traceability across requirement versions
- Comfortable translating business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements
- Knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices and ways of working
