You’ll lead a team and be the main contact on a once-in-a-lifetime and innovative project with the opportunity to travel. You’ll have proven transport experience, preferably aviation, be highly creative and possess excellent people skills to develop the project and be an ambassador for the practice and it’s future. You’ll be supported with experienced colleagues and management training, with the possibility of building a team around you.

Alongside, the practice is also working on other significant international and UK projects. Successful applicants must have excellent skills and proven experience, and can benefit from this exciting career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate autonomously, with the support of the Director, leading a team on a daily basis, working on a major international airport project.
  • Manage teams to consistently deliver innovative design and technical excellence that meet high quality standards.
  • Represent the practice in the UK and abroad to develop further business opportunities with existing and new clients, and within the sector.

Skills and Experience

  • Architectural qualifications Pt3 or equivalent.
  • Share the same values and drive as the practice and have an international mindset and portfolio.
  • Proven design skills and creative vision, coupled with a high level of technical expertise and examples of past built work.
  • Possess proficiency in Revit and proven ability to oversee others in the efficient production of drawings and technical information.
  • People management skills essential, of both internal and external teams.
  • A confident personality that can communicate and engage at all levels.
  • Encouraged to grow and supported with management training.
