Our client has been a well-established business in Bedfordshire for almost 20 years, after expanding to a new premises they are now seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to assist with daily functions within the warehouse. This position is working on a 2pm-10pm shift.
Hours: 2pm-10pm – You will work for 5 days between Monday and Saturday on a rota
Salary: £12.30 – £13.33 per hour
Duties including, but not limited to:
- Assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Mentor new hires, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
The person:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Expected salary: £30 – 13.33 per hour
