Dispute Resolution Senior Associate
Job description
Senior Litigators – are you looking for an opportunity which offers true career progression? Are you looking to work with a team where you can further enhance your skill base, and which offers a platform to reach your true potential?
My client is a leading independent law firm looking to expand its successful Litigation division. Based in Glasgow, you will be involved in a range of Dispute Resolution matters including general commercial litigation, property disputes, insolvency, professional negligence, and contractual disputes.
You will act on behalf of a range of clients, from SMEs to large corporations and public sector organisations and advise on the resolution of contentious issues. You will have experience in conducting a number of cases in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session and through alternative dispute resolution methods.
A minimum of 4 years PQE is required for this role along with excellent negotiation and client liaison skills.
