Grade: Grade F – SCP 17 – £28,770 to SCP 23 – £32,076 per annum, plus 7%

The Role

The Albert Halls is a fast-moving customer motivated environment, we are offering an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in the development the bar service within the complex and shape the future service of this provision.

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the Albert Halls’ food and beverage operations for performances and events. Your duties will include budget and inventory management, team leadership, customer service, menu updates, and compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as retail of merchandise and supporting the Senior Duty Manager to deliver all Front of House operations during performances and events.

About You

The successful candidate must have a proven record of commercial bar/venue experience both rear and front of house in a large-scale service delivery environment. You must be able to lead and manage a team of bar staff and be the contact for external catering providers using the facilities within the Albert Halls. The use of electronic digital till systems and card machines is an essential part of the role, as is the ability to use a range of IT applications such as Microsoft Office and Social media platforms.
