Job Description

You will work as part of a PMO team on our various retail and warehouse projects. You will review business issues, define business requirements and recommend solutions – working with IT to complete the analysis, design, testing, documentation and implementation of applications systems.

  • Collaborate with business units to elicit, analyse, and document detailed business requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive documentation for IT teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Analyse data to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Providing input to the selection of new tool-sets as required, both for IT development and business use

Qualifications

  • Retail, Warehouse, or Ecommerce Acumen: Extensive experience in one of these fields, providing a solid foundation for understanding industry-specific dynamics and challenges.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proficient in facilitating effective communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build robust relationships with business units and IT teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
  • Adaptability: Adept at swiftly transitioning between different projects and tasks, efficiently managing changing requirements and priorities to meet organizational objectives.
  • Strategic Vision: Skilful in analysing and anticipating future business needs, contributing to the creation of strategic roadmaps that align with and support the organization’s long-term vision.
