We’re recruiting for a Data Analyst (Property Services) to join our team in Portsmouth with the flexibility to work from home. This is a fixed term role over a 12 month period, working 37 hours per week. 20% of your hours will need to be worked in the office to allow collaboration and team working.

Here’s the facts about the role:
As a data analyst for the property services area, you’ll have experience and will be confident completing large raw data cleansing exercises and be able to present the findings and actions required to all levels of the business using a variety of communication methods. You will have previous experience of working with housing data and you will be able to work independently producing accurate informed suggestions on where potential issues lie, based on the data presented to you. You will have an understanding of how repairs and property compliance areas function and understand how the data produced by them relates to the wider business.
This is a technical role which will involve a range of tasks, to include: monitoring KPI’s, contractor documentation, managing stock data records and cross-team working to monitor SLA performance.
You’ll have advanced working knowledge of Excel – for example power query and data modelling – specifically relating to working with large datasets and will be confident in independently using advanced excel formulas. Your ability to work well under pressure and your keen eye for detail will be your key to success in this role. You’ll be a strong communicator who’s confident in building good working relationships with internal customers.
