Providing a high quality person-centred care and support service

Delivering support to Tenants including the sensitive delivery of personal care

Promoting Tenants integration and inclusion into the community

Empowering Tenants to lead fulfilling lives

Preferred experience of working in a similar care related role

Enthusiastic and flexible

Good organisational skills as well as functional literacy and numeracy

Ability to react quickly to changing priorities

Care Certificate or willing to work towards completion.

Care4CE, who are the provider services for Cheshire East Council, offer services to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and dementia.

This role will require you to work with vulnerable people in a home setting within the local community. You will work in a person-centred way alongside multi-disciplinary agencies to provide the best outcomes for the individual. You can expect to face new challenges and unexpected situations every day. Experience in social care is desirable but not essential however you are expected to be flexible to meet the changing needs of the people we support and the service.

This is a casual, 0 hour contract.

Induction & training will be given to the successful applicants.
