Responsibilities:
・ Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy
・ Create engaging content to foster interaction within the community
・ Plan, organize, and execute various events such as webinars, workshops, conferences, and social gatherings
・Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, marketing promotion, attendee registration, etc.
・ Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, influencers, and industry professionals
・ Monitor online platforms to identify trends or issues within the community and respond promptly
・ Analyse data to measure the success of community initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
・ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development to align community efforts with overall business goals
・ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management
Requirements:
・ Prior experience in community management or event planning is preferred
・ Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences both online and offline
・ A natural networker who enjoys connecting people with similar interests
・ Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful events from start to finish
・ Strong organizational and project management skills
・ Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools
・ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve
・ Business level language skills:Japanese is a very strong advantage, so as French, Italian, German and Spanish.
・ Love for game, anime and manga will be another strong appeal to the team.
