Job description: Our client a Global Solutions provider are seeking to recruit an Implementation Specialist and you will bring in -depth knowledge of Power Scale and bring some of the below experience:
Implementation Specialist
Skill / Scope:
- In depth Knowledge in Power scale/Isilon and familiar with below concepts:-
- Isilon system Jobs, Health check frameworks, Protection levels, SyncIQ replication- Failover/Failback , Snapshots, SmartQuota, Smartpools, Data Tiering ,Cloudpools SmartConnect, Smartlock(Enterprise), Protocols: SMB,NFS,FTP,HDFS
- Good knowledge on Multiprotocol
- Basic knowledge in Active directory, Security groups, LDAP, Windows Distributed File system(DFS), Platform OS(Windows, Unix,Linux), Hadoop,PAAS
- Capacity management by analysing the cluster.
- Powerscale OneFS, NFP, DSP upgrades.
- Technical co-ordination of Disaster recovery tests
- Helping with Product complaints, audits etc.
- Standardization and remediation of estate based on the best practices and known issues by collaborating with TSE and technical Dell account team.
- Involvement in tech refresh, relocation, migration and implementation
