Job description: In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, contributing significantly to the Compliance Team’s success on a fixed-term contract of up to 18 months. As the Quality Project Lead, you will be entrusted with the management and delivery of key projects and objectives outlined for the year 2024.
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced individual to spearhead our initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality management system and driving digitalisation projects within our organisation. As the Quality System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our quality management practices and contribute to the overall digital transformation of our technical and compliance department.
What you’ll be doing:
- Quality Management System Upgrade:
- Lead the upgrade of the quality management system for 2024.
- Implement localised process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Digitalisation Projects:
- Manage multiple digitalization projects aimed at transforming the technical and compliance department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Project Planning:
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to develop a comprehensive project plan.
- Define project scope, create a realistic timeline, and allocate budget resources effectively.
- Project Reporting:
- Generate regular project reports, including updates on project progress, resource utilization, and milestones achieved.
- Compile a thorough project closure report highlighting key outcomes and lessons learned.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that the project adheres to established quality standards.
- Verify that deliverables meet the expectations and requirements of stakeholders.

- Strong IT knowledge and comfortable navigating/configuring software menus/interfaces to predetermined values.
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 quality management standards, audit management, and investigations.
- Previous work experience within a project team delivering strategic targets and goals to achieve a set deadline.
- Proven leadership, along with the ability to motivate, coach, and create learning opportunities for others.
