Prayer is crucial to the delivery of this mission. We are looking for a creative communicator to help us inspire the church to partner with us in our transformational work through prayer.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing a plan to inspire new and existing supporters, prayer networks and church leaders. You will significantly increase, maintain and resource those who are praying for our work.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, you will be an ideas person, in possession of excellent writing skills, theologically literate with a clear understanding of Christian denominations and styles of prayer and worship. You will be a creative, imaginative networker, a strong communicator with experience of writing in a variety of styles to engage and inspire. Calm under pressure, a great team player in a complex matrix team and able to keep multiple balls in the air, your passion for prayer will shine through in everything you produce.

Terms & Conditions

  • Location: This role is base at the MAF UK Offices in Folkestone, Kent. We welcome hybrid working in line with our

, the needs of the business, the requirements of the role and your location. This will be discussed at interview. * Working Hours: At least 36 hours per week, with 1 hour for lunch daily unpaid. Hours should be agreed with line manager. Flexible, occasional out-of-office, evening, and weekend work required.

  • Annual Leave: Annual leave entitlement of 22 days per year and 8 paid public holidays per year.
  • Pension Scheme: Non-contributory (10% of salary).
  • Probation and Notice Period: 3 months each.
  • Salary: £39,200 per annum
