Your role & responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement behaviour support plans.
- Support children with complex needs and SEMH
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the school setting.
Non-negotiables:
- Deliver Textiles and Food Tech lessons from KS3-KS5
- Plan, Deliver and Marking of work
- Attend school meetings, parents evenings and any other school based responsibilites
- Support relevant head of department
