Our client is a leading research service provider who cover a range of services within pharmaceuticals, drug discovery and clinical trials. A large part of their research necessitates the use of blood and various other biofluids, given by donors, to complete a plethora of disease research with the aim of treating disease and helping with early diagnosis.
An opportunity has now become available for an experienced Warehouse Administrator/Operative to join the company on a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of longer-term opportunities.
The Role:
As a Warehouse Administrator/Operative you will be responsible in supporting the delivery of warehouse targets through effective management of goods in/out, accurate tracking and record keeping and compliance to quality practices.
· Accurately record and track Goods In
· Ensuring effective storage and collection of samples for customer requirements
· Completion of quality documentation and tracking records
· Supporting to achieve warehouse targets in a high-paced environment
· Accurately record and report any deviations
Suitable applicants:
Applicants will ideally have prior experience working within Warehouse Administration and have experience of the following:
· Experience working with sample tracking, sensitive documentation and quality practices
· Must have excellent attention to detail
· Prior experience in a Biomedical or Medical setting would be advantageous
· Good IT literacy and experience document tracking systems
· Good level of spoken and written English
· Quick learner with strong organisational skills
In return, my client offers a 12-month contract with an annual salary of £20,000-£21,000, dependant on experience.
Expected salary: £20000 – 21000 per year
