12 month contract INSIDE IR35
Hybrid – 3 days on site per week.
This role is with a large Government body (UK Gov) and is to assure delivery of the business change covering all processes / digital / people/ infrastructure changes introduced by the Target Operating Model for a major UK Policy Change Programme of work.
As such you must have experience delivering change within a Central Government environment.
Key objectives for the role:
Develop an Implementation Strategy for the programme
Establish key business change products to support the Implementation Strategy
Scope the remit of the Business Change and Implementation team and interfaces with project teams/other functional teams in line with the Implementation Strategy
Establish and maintain clear reporting mechanisms to support oversight and progress reporting on change activities
The successful candidate will be:
A project professional with several years’ experience of project delivery on projects in a high complexity environment.
Experience of managing business change activities and in managing projects through planning for implementation, implementation and go-live.
Experience of managing business change activities and in managing projects through planning for implementation, implementation and go-live.
Experience of working collaboratively across organisational boundaries with local and/or national organisations/agencies, to develop joint strategy and/or implement and manage change.
Ability to introduce business change processes into delivery teams, introducing standards and championing the use of best practice business change management standards, tools, and processes.
Ability to work with teams to lead in introducing new processes, reporting and approaches, supporting in skills development in this areas
