The Department of the Natural and Built Environment is one of the UK’s leading providers of post and undergraduate education in the fields of Construction, Surveying and Real Estate. Our courses in this area are very well regarded by students and employers alike.

Due to an expanding teaching portfolio, we are looking for an inspirational Lecturer with a commitment to the enhancement of our curriculum, teaching and student experience to join our successful Quantity Surveying team. You will be expected to undertake teaching and administrative duties on our undergraduate, postgraduate and business to business programmes using your practical experience to inspire students.

For this post there will be opportunities to contribute into additional areas of the curriculum, including Cost planning/ Commercial Management, Digital Construction, Measurement, Procurement, Sustainable Construction and Contract Administration for the successful candidate.  Please specify within your application your area(s) of interest.

You must have the ability to inspire, motivate and connect with a range of stakeholders including students, colleagues and external partners. You must also have a Postgraduate qualification and/or substantial professional experience.
